The sailor Shipwreck is probably one of the most popular members of the GI Joe team, unfortunately though sometimes for the wrong reasons. Is Shipwreck really as incompetent as he is often depicted as in the cartoon? Or does this sailor have more positve qualities that make him invaluable to the GI Joe Team?
